HOUSEKEEPING REMINDER
Dear The Villas at Somerset Owners and Residents,
We would like to ensure that you are aware of the rules and restrictions of The Villas at Somerset and need to resolve the following concerns promptly. Violations of these policies may result in fines to the owners account. Below items will highlight some of the rules in the community but do not represent the complete list.
HOUSEKEEPING REMINDER:
- No Resident shall display, hang, or use any signs, clothing, sheets, blankets, laundry, or other articles outside his or her Unit, or which may be visible from the outside of the Unit(other than draperies, curtains or shades of a customary nature and appearance in a white or off-white color). Blinds, draperies, and curtains must be maintained in a good condition and may not be broken or tattered. Items which are not permitted to overhang windows, doors, or balcony include, but are not limited to window sized air-conditioning units, linens, cloths, clothing, shoes, bathing suits or swim wear, curtains, rugs, mops, laundry of any kind, or any articles.
- Units are to be maintained in such a manner that noxious odors, smoke, pests or, other offenses do not affect other Units.
- Remove of any trash, bulk items that has been stored under the stairs cases, balcony, porch or common elements immediately.
- Remove of any bikes, toys, bbq grills and/or other items that has been stored in the community common elements, stairs, front door entry immediately.
** Community inspection has been completed and violations are been generated for those unit owners that their units are out of compliance**
