
Hurricane Idalia
The Board of Directors is preparing, in collaboration with our RealManage partners, for Hurricane Idalia and we want to provide you some important updates. The most recent weather updates indicate that we will begin to feel the impacts of Hurricane Idalia late today and early Wednesday per the latest from the NOAA National Hurricane Center; please stay informed of the storms path.
In advance of the pending weather event, the board has asked RealManage to secure the pool furniture to avoid any disruption during the storm; they will close when the storm passes. After the storm, if you see any hazards or damage to the Villas of Somerset community please report it, as soon as possible, to our Community Association Manager, Natalie Mower, at the following contact information:

- Personal Community Care:

- Secure your property; store Lawn ornaments/Flags [prior to storm]
- Make a Family Communication Plan; determine a meeting spot should cell service go down
- Plan ahead with an emergency kit. Build an emergency kit
- Plan for your pet care in advance.
- Plan an evacuation route; know before you go!
