Mailboxes, landscape and retention ponds
Our on site property manager has done an amazing job on 07/26/23 She met with the landscape company yesterday to make sure their described job is being performed. Their job is as follows: mowing, edging, blowing, weed trimming, and trim hedges as needed on the entire property.
Palm tree trimming will be done once per year during the winter months (November through March). Price is not included on the proposal. It will be billed separately. They are also charging a little extra for trash pickup services; however, we are replacing this job with an actual ground keeper 3 times a week for the same price.
We have asked them for an action plan starting next month because we have a lot of areas that needs attention. He was able to trimmed the vines yesterday and clean up the fence. Pictures will be shown below.
2. The postal services will be replacing all of the mailboxes at no cost to the Association. However, we will need to add extra concrete slabs to the area to make sure that the new boxes will be fix there. We are working on getting those quotes. This project will take between 2-3 months.
3. One of the many items that needs immediate attention is the retention ponds. We setup a meeting with the company in charge of keeping this pond for this coming week. We will be reviewing their invoices, scope of work, schedule and performance. Also, the landscaping company has been made aware of their poor maintenance to this areas. Pictures of the pond below.
4. Yesterday the trash was picked up and bins were empty and clean. This morning we woke up to a lot of furniture in the trash areas. We have called bulk trash and they will be passing by today but we really need the residents help on this manner! Please educate your renters. Pictures of it below.
