When the current Board took leadership in 2024, one of our immediate goals was to secure top-tier, reliable protection for our buildings. We partnered with Truly Nolen, an industry leader with over 80 years of experience in specialized pest and termite control.

We are proud to share that we have just renewed our annual termite maintenance contract with them. By consistently renewing this service every year, we ensure that there are never any gaps in our community's defense against destructive pests.
