Friendly reminder that all your association dues

I hope everyone is doing well! This is a friendly reminder that all your association dues are due on the 1st of each month. With the first of November approaching, I would ask if at all possible to have the payments made as early as possible so we 

may have the funds available to pay the association expenses as they come in to be paid. If you have paid in advance, we thank you for assisting the community by being prompt in your payments.  If you received a statement in your email today, this 

means that you have an outstanding balance on your account that may include interest fees and collection fees that do not include November's assessment that is coming due.

I have attached the collection policy for assessments for the association. Please note once you become past due more than (10) days, it is then turned over to our collections department, and our legal department which will place a lien on the property as well as legal and collection fees. Please note once the account goes to collections, the access to the amenities will be disabled
